What we collect

The only information this website collects is what you type into the enquiry form and choose to send us:

Your name and phone number
Your email address, if you give one — this field is optional
The project location, property type and service you are enquiring about
Approximate space size, budget range and preferred consultation date, if you provide them
The description of the project you write
The date and time you gave consent

We also store a one-way hash of your IP address and a coarse label for your browser (for example, "Chrome on Windows"). We do not store your actual IP address. The hash cannot be reversed back into an address, and it exists only so we can rate-limit the form and spot duplicate submissions.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, financial details, identity documents, passwords or any other sensitive personal information.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, understand your project, and arrange a consultation. That is the only purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.

How it is used

Your enquiry is stored in our database and, where an internal notification address is configured, emailed to our team so that someone sees it. Each enquiry is given a reference number so you can quote it when you call.

If you gave us an email address, it is set as the reply-to address on that internal notification, so a reply reaches you.

Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them for the project or the business relationship they relate to, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are removed once they are no longer useful. If you want yours removed sooner, ask — see below.

Email notification processing

Notification emails are sent through an email provider configured by us. That provider processes the contents of the notification in order to deliver it. If no notification address is configured, no email is sent at all and your enquiry is simply stored.

Security, honestly stated

This site uses standard protections: form submissions are validated on the server, requests are protected against cross-site request forgery, the form is rate-limited, and your IP address is hashed rather than stored. We recommend and expect it to be served over HTTPS in production.

No website is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise. What we can say is that we do not collect more than we need, and we do not keep the parts we do not need.

Correction and deletion

You can ask us to correct or delete the enquiry information we hold about you. Call 9810775935 or email shrisaiadvertising2014@gmail.com, and quote your enquiry reference if you have it. It makes finding your record much faster.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets one cookie: a session cookie required for the enquiry form's security (specifically, its cross-site request forgery protection). It is not used for tracking or advertising, and it is not shared.

No analytics, advertising or third-party tracking is installed on this site. There are no embedded maps, chat widgets or social pixels. If analytics is ever added, this section will be updated before it goes live, and a cookie notice will be added if one is then required.

Children

This website is intended for people enquiring about interior design work and is not aimed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new "last updated" date.
