1. About this website

2. The website is informational
Everything on this site — service descriptions, project pages, the gallery, process descriptions and FAQs — is provided for general information about what we do. It describes our services in general terms and is not a specification, an offer, or a commitment in relation to any particular project.
3. Consultation and quotation
Interior work cannot be priced from a web page. Any estimate or quotation follows a consultation and a site assessment, and is provided separately in writing.
Timelines and estimates depend on space size, material selections, customization and final project scope. Any indication given before a site assessment is provisional.
4. Submitting the enquiry form creates no contract
Sending an enquiry through this website starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve a date, confirm availability, oblige us to take on the work, or oblige you to proceed. A project begins only when scope, specification and commercial terms are separately agreed in writing between us.
The budget ranges offered in the enquiry form are there to help us suggest suitable options. They are not price lists and no quotation is implied by them.
5. Project scope
Scope is confirmed in writing at the design-approval stage. Work outside that agreed scope — including changes you request later, and conditions that can only be discovered once existing construction is opened up — is handled as a variation, raised with you with its cost and schedule implications before it proceeds.
6. Material and design variation
Interiors are made from real materials, and real materials vary.
- Natural and stone-look materials vary in grain, veining and tone between batches. A sample indicates the character of a material, not an exact match.
- Colours shown on this website depend on your screen, and on the lighting in the photograph. They are indicative only.
- Photographs and any visualisations show a design intent. The finished space depends on the site, the final specification and the selections made.
- Where a specified material becomes unavailable, we will propose the nearest suitable alternative for your approval rather than substituting it silently.
7. Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, layout, photographs, video, the logo and the design itself — belongs to Shri Sai Interior or is used with permission. You may view and print it for your own reference. You may not republish it, sell it, or present it as your own work without our written permission.
Designs, drawings and visualisations we produce for a project remain our intellectual property unless a project agreement says otherwise in writing.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the enquiry form to send unsolicited, abusive or fraudulent content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or its database
- Interfere with the site's operation, or attempt to bypass its rate limiting or security controls
- Scrape or copy the site's content for republication
- Submit anyone else's personal details without their permission
9. Third-party links
This site links to WhatsApp so you can message us. We do not control that service and are not responsible for its content, availability, or its handling of your data — its own terms and privacy policy apply when you use it.
10. Limitation
We take care to keep this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free from error or that it will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information published here, as distinct from advice given to you directly for your specific project.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for our own negligence causing death or personal injury.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction.
